Frank Brock – Bio
Founder – Brock Fitness
I had the idea to form Brock Fitness in 2010 while I was the strength and conditioning coach at Mercadel Basketball. After years of playing and coaching organized sports at all levels, I wanted to take what I learned and incorporate it into helping individuals achieve their goals.
Two months later, my idea became reality when I signed my first client for personal training. Today, Brock Fitness has over 35 regular clients and is growing every day.
Strength and conditioning, injury prevention and recovery, nutrition consultation, speed and agility, personal and team training
Philosophy on Exercise and Well-Being
A lot of people confuse the goal of being physically fit with the goal of having an attractive exterior. While this is something that comes with being physically fit, and certainly is a benefit of being physically fit, this is not the most important aspect. Good health, a clear mind, and the ability to overcome physical feats should be the true motivating factors.
Your body needs to be fit to live a long and successful life. That’s why fitness is not merely a phase, but a lifestyle; it is a journey, not a destination. On this journey there is more than one path to achieving fitness. As your personal trainer I will not only help you reach your goals, but find the path that works the best for you. All you need to do is make time for you and commit!
Interests & Hobbies
My love of fitness began when I was young and has followed me throughout my entire life. Growing up I played football, baseball and ran track. When not doing any of those things, I love spending time with my family, training, going to the beach, snowboarding and mountain biking.
We don’t play to win, we TRAIN to win!
